
Special Contactor for Capacitor Matching MC series Summary MC contactor is specially designed for switching capacitors. It is equipped with advanced closed contacts. First, the auxiliary contacts guide current through the series of advanced closed contacts to ensure that the input current is within acceptable range. This stage takes 2-10 Ms. Then the main contact closure contacts connect the capacitor to the circuit completely, and the auxiliary contacts are automatically disconnected (the over-current intensity of 2.5 and 5 kV Ar models is ensured by special strengthening contact material).
